Student Mundial is a free and safe platform for students to find accommodation and flatmates all over the world. We're looking for a capable, energetic and ambitious team player to integrate into our young and exciting company. Tasks and Responsibilities You will be the first impression of Student Mundial to users. Tasked with the responsibility to provide the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities will include: Speaking with students by phone, email or online chat Assisting them in booking the right accommodation for them Confirming availability of accommodation with landlords Daily / Weekly reporting of goals achieved Requirements High Level written and spoken English Results-driven. You should be target-driven and have a sales personality. Ability to execute in a multi-task context - Strong organization and execution skills, in a concurrent, multiple task context. You display no signs of laziness. A great Communicator. You have fantastic communication skills. 1 year customer support or sales experience is crucial !
