Sales Representative for the Moscow and Central region About us: Arthrex is a leader in sports medicine today. We have been a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive surgery, called Arthroscopy. Since coming out with the first products in 1981 our product portfolio has grown to about 9000 now including electrical tools, implants, trauma solutions and prosthetics. We are a growing dedicated team of over 5000 direct and indirect employees worldwide. We are looking for a Sales Representative to cover Moscow and Central region around. The starting date is 1th December 2016. Your main tasks as Sales Representative will cover the following: Present and sell company manufactured products and services to current and potential customers Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships Attract new customers Participate in international marketing events such as workshops, trade shows, and training events Use company CRM and iPad based IT sales tools Develop current product knowledge and maintain up-to-date sales material The skill-set of the ideal candidate covers the following: Sales driven attitude is key to perform successfully in this position Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports or Biology or alternatively working experience as a medical assistant, surgical nurse or in other related disciplines Several years of sales experience in the in the sports medicine field Good knowledge of the sports medicine market (Key opinion leaders, Stakeholders in the hospitals) of Russia or at least in the respective territory Effective communication skills (written, oral and presentation) Willingness to pursue your goals with drive and persistence Very good written and oral command of English and Russian is essential Arthrex will provide an indepth onboarding to start you off with profound knowledge.
